It looks as though............

we have a thumb sucker on our hands.

Little Ms. Ruthie is loving her thumb these days and I can't do a darn thing about it.

Well, I could. But why would I want to?

I think its pretty cute. And its really awesome in the middle of the night. Instead of her needing a paci fix when hers falls out, she just pokes her thumb in her mouth and she is good to go. Awesome!

I know that when she gets older, we will have to work on this and most likely end up wearing THESE (I've heard great things about these guards, by the way:).

But, in the meantime I will just leave her be. She is the baby......my baby. And I'm okay with this.

Oh how I wish my Tessa would find her thumb! She likes to chew on it and pretend to want it as a paci, but she wants the paci more.

That Ruthie is TOOO cute!
Love you and miss you Girl!

That picture is so precious! I hoped and prayed that Annalise would be a thumb-sucker, but alas, she was not. Congrats on not having to pop pacis in all night long!

Us too!! Landon isn't always finding it, but he likes it better than a pacifier. Does not even touch the pacifier, which is weird for us b/c the others loved the paci.

Well, my little one actually loves sucking her toes, instead of her thumb. You should see her.....she looks double jointed when she is sleeping and is bent over double with those little toes in her mouth. I keep telling my husband it will be so funny to tell her of the things she used to do as a baby...............Just kidding.. I was reading all these posts of kids sucking or not sucking so I decided I would just make up a story and join in.. Lyns, Ruthie is precious. I cant wait to see yall soon. I love ya, Loretta
